What do I do if my package is stolen, or I do not receive it even if it says delivered?

UNFORTUNATELY, WE CAN NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

If package tracking says that it has been delivered, but you did not receive your order, your first step will be to file a claim with your local post office or carrier. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the delivery carrier considers it YOUR property and will only talk directly to you about the status of your package.

If your address was entered incorrectly at checkout and it was delivered to the wrong address, it is out of our hands.

If it shows your package is LOST IN TRANSIT, we will send you your full order at no cost to you.

If you file a claim and receive compensation for your missing items from your delivery carrier, or if you would like to order replacements for what was stolen, we will honor any sales or discounts you may have gotten at the time you placed your order. 

 

 

How can I protect my order from being stolen?

As a small business, we empathize with the struggles of having packages stolen from your porch. The increase in "porch pirates" over the last few years has been affecting customers all over the country, not just Movéo customers. We wish we could replace every stolen package but unfortunately we are not set up to be able to take from our own inventory when items are stolen. We strongly suggest you have your order delivered to a location you know to be safe such as a PO box, your office, or a friend's house who may be home during the day to receive your order. Placing decorative items on your porch to obstruct the view of a package sitting by your door may also help prevent theft.
